Kettler Giro GT Indoor Cycle is one of the cheapest spin race trainers in the Kettler's exercise bike line. It features all the performance that more expensive models have, but it is designed for home use. However, like commercial grade models (above $1000) it is packed on the high carbon, tubular steel frame. But honestly, When it comes to spinning indoor bikes, you should not neglect the Diamondback models, as well.

It is a self-generating programmable cycling trainer. It means that GT uses the energy of your workout to generate power to operate the computer and resistance system. Powered by pedeling it can be used anywhere - ideal for energy -conscious homes. The blue back-lit LCD electronic computer display tracks your speed, time, RPM, total distance, energy consumption and heart rate (heart rate can be measured via the telemetric hand grip sensors, via the optional cardio pulse set or via the optional infrared ear clip sensor). It features 12 programs with 32 adjustable intensity levels. The Heart Rate Control Programs automatically adjust resistance to maintain target rate.

When it comes to the comfort, the Giro GT has a 7 inch wide, contoured, thick padded saddle. The height is adjustable with 11 positions as well as 3" of fore and aft.
