For the GX 5.0 Pro recumbent bike, NordicTrack states that it belongs to the commercial series of exercise cycles. We wouldn't say it like that. After we done a brief review, we do believe that this is a high-grade home bike that combines commercial quality materials with smart design. The NordicTrack GX 5.0 Pro really has almost all the features you will find on machines in the fitness club. A heavy-duty frame accomodates user weight up to 350lbs. It is equipped with an 18 lb. inertia-enhanced flywheel.

The NordicTrack GX 5.0 Pro recumbent bike is compatible with the wireless iFit Live technology. With the iFit Live mode you can download personalized workouts, create your own workouts, track your workout results, race against other iFit Live users, and access many other features. The console has a compatible music port for iPod / mp3 integrated with built-in sound system.

The 5" wide backlit display tracks speed, time, distance, calories burned and pulse (wireless chest pulse strap is included). It comes with 30 personal trainer workout apps, designed by a certified personal trainer. Other featurs include a workout fan, transport wheels, 24 digital levels of electromagnetic resistance levels and more.

Drawbacks: 2-year warranty on parts. This is the main reason why we couldn't say it is a commercial machine.
