The Schwinn 125 upright bike and the old 120 cycle share only the quiet magnetic ECB (Eddy Current Brake) resistance system, the seat and the same sturdy frame. Everything else is improved, starting with the computer console. It features a large easy-to-read LCD display that tracks time, interval time, RPM, speed, distance, pulse, calories, resistance level, course profile. In addition to the reading rack (book/magazine holder), there is a built-in MP3 music port integrated with in-console speakers. A cooling fan is placed at the center of the panel. The 125 comes with 10 workout programs to keep you motivated. Other features include transport wheels, bottle holder, grip heart rate monitoring, ergonomic pedals and more.
Drawbacks: It requires the power adaptor to operate. Truth be told it comes with the required AC adaptor, but we believe that it would be more comfortable if you could use a battery instead the power adaptor sometimes. But, it depends on your preference.
