The 910Ic comes with a commercial-grade 40-lb. flywheel which allows you to build momentum and recreate high RPM training techniques used by outdoor cyclists. It features a self-generating electronic resistance system so you don’t need a power source to use it. Computer controlled resistance system works by wirelessly monitoring your heart rate and adjusting 32 resistance levels up or down. The 910ic spin bike features 18 workouts including 12 preset programs, 4 heart rate programs and custom user programming options.
