The GX4.0 exercise bike is the cheapest model in the NordicTrack recumbent series. Like more expensive cycles, it comes with the features such as compatible music port for iPod/mp3 integrated with sound system. It is also compatible with the iFit Live powered by Google Maps. This enables you to train with Jillian Michaels. Additionally, it has 24 pre-loaded personal trainer workout apps, designed by a certified personal trainer. It has the option of adjusting the magnetic resistance automatically. The system allows 20 digital resistance levels.
A wide seat is easily adjustable for different leg lengths. On the pedals are attached adjustable straps to keep your feet securely over there. The dual-position adjustable handlebars have built in heart rate sensors. All in all, the NordicTrack GX 4.0 is very similar to the other model of the same manufacturer - the GX 4.5.
